Gefsinus<\/strong> is one of the largest contract catering companies operating in closed-market sectors across Greece. The company provides catering services to a wide range of organizations, including businesses and industrial facilities, public and private educational institutions (universities, private schools and colleges), healthcare institutions, and more.<\/p>\n

Gefsinus is currently seeking a Chef de Partie \u2013 Cold Kitchen<\/strong> for its Central Production Unit in Kryoneri, Attica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the shift.<\/li>\n
  • Order the raw materials required for daily production.<\/li>\n
  • Train staff on new recipes and supervise production to ensure recipes are prepared correctly and safely.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the correct execution of recipes and make adjustments or corrections when necessary.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise the proper management and use of raw materials and implement corrective actions when required, for example when a large quantity of an ingredient is approaching its expiry date.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise cold kitchen production and conduct food tastings to ensure quality standards are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Desired Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Degree or diploma from a culinary school.<\/li>\n
    • At least 10 years of professional experience<\/strong> in a cold kitchen or an industrial food production environment specializing in sandwiches and salads.<\/li>\n
    • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or department management role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with international HACCP and ISO standards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Strong people management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n
    • Good computer literacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
