Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n

  • Prepare high-quality meals in accordance with approved recipes and company standards.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations and kitchen staff.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor raw-material costs and minimize food waste.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Organize and manage food production schedules and staff shifts.<\/li>\n
  • Train, guide, and supervise kitchen personnel.<\/li>\n
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store raw materials and food supplies.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and the improvement of existing ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
